Having started her legal career with the New York County District Attorney’s Office, working under the legendary Robert M. Morgenthau, Amanda joined Raiser & Kenniff, PC, in April 2012. Her practice area is criminal defense.
New York criminal law attorney Amanda Wood is originally from Columbus, Ohio and has lived in New York for 13 years. Amanda received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from NYU in 2003. In 2008, Amanda obtained her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
While at Brooklyn Law School, Amanda was a member of the Trial Moot Court team. In 2007, she was an assistant coach to the team that won first place at a National Moot Court Competition in Puerto Rico.
Amanda is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
